What this is.
What this isn't.
What you can expect.
The discovery call
Thirty minutes. No agenda on my side. You tell me where you are and what the situation actually is — not the version you'd put in an email to a colleague, the version you'd say to someone who has no stake in the answer.
I'll ask you one question that most people in your position haven't asked themselves yet. Not because it's a clever opening, but because it's usually the question underneath the question.
At the end of the call, I'll tell you honestly whether I think working together would be useful. If I don't think it would be — if your situation is better served by a different kind of support — I'll tell you that too, and I'll try to point you toward what might actually help. The goal of that call is your clarity, not my conversion rate.
Discovery calls are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I take on 6 new clients per quarter.
The diagnostic session
This is where the real work begins. Ninety minutes. I ask the questions most coaches avoid because they're uncomfortable — about what you've tried, what you believe, what you're afraid the answer might be.
The diagnostic is not an assessment I carry out on you. It's a structured conversation that helps both of us understand what the actual problem is, as distinct from the presenting problem. Those are often different things.
You will leave this session with more clarity about your situation than you arrived with, regardless of whether we continue to a full engagement. If we do continue, the diagnostic fee of ₹4,500 is credited in full toward the engagement.
The engagement
Bi-weekly sessions, sixty minutes each. The session frequency matters: close enough together that the work carries momentum, far enough apart that you have time to act on what we've discussed and bring real material back to the conversation.
Between sessions, I'm available on WhatsApp. This is not a helpline. It's not accountability check-ins. It's a thinking partner available when the moment requires it — when something happens that can't wait two weeks, when you're about to walk into a conversation and want to think for sixty seconds with someone who knows your situation. That kind of access. Those moments are often where the most important clarity arrives.
Before we begin, we define a specific outcome. Not a vague aspiration — a concrete description of what will be different at the end of the engagement. That outcome shapes the sessions. It also tells us whether the work has been useful.
Three-month and six-month engagements are available. The right duration depends on the nature of what you're working through. We'll discuss this in the diagnostic session before you commit to anything.
What coaching with me is not.
- Not therapy.
- Not mentoring.
- Not advice-giving.
- Not accountability check-ins.
- Not a framework delivered in a PDF.
"Coaching is thinking together on problems that are too complex, too political, or too personal to think through with the people you work with. I bring 22 years of having faced a version of most of them. The willingness to say things that are uncomfortable to say. And the experience to know which uncomfortable things are worth saying. That is the difference."

That's what the work produces. Not a recommendation.
A conclusion you arrived at through rigorous thinking.
